MORE ABOUT WHAT I DO
I am a fully qualified coach and an experienced leadership trainer
who loves working with talented individuals and teams.
I have a successful 20 year corporate marketing background working with both blue chip client companies and international marketing agencies.
I also have a wide international network of associates who are exceptionally good at what they do, so if you are looking for excellence in coaching, training and personal adventures, you are in the right place.
COACHING
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC)
which means I have qualified with the internationally renowned
Coaches Training Institute (CTI)
and also qualified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
through the International Coach Federation (ICF)
In addition, I am an authorised Team Diagnostic Facilitator
through Team Coaching International
I guess that means I should know my stuff!
TRAINING
I train coaches all over the world for The Coaches Training Institute
and am also an international trainer for the
Siemens Global Leadership programme.
The team coaching methodology I use incorporates
a significant training element so that belongs both here and in the coaching section.
ADVENTURES
From time to time I like to run retreats
for my more adventurous clients - the outdoors is a great teacher
and I am always happy to talk to individuals and teams
who want to tailor a specific programme to their needs.
