I have been a client of Tony Barton since November 2004 and have developed a very open and trusting relationship with him.

The coaching involves a mixture of weekly calls as well as monthly meetings, this has proved to be a very successful combination; the calls allow me to discuss current issues and follow up on enquiries from previous sessions, often the session will be modified to meet the needs of a current event. The meetings allow me to focus more towards the future, exploring avenues and options in a relaxed environment and very often trialling coaching techniques.

Towards the beginning of the relationship I had very definitive objectives, as time elapsed this evolved into other needs and successes.

Overall the coaching programme has moved me forward as an individual and as a Managing Director of a fast growing company, I am excited to see where it will take me next!
